Have you changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your Monthly Box subscription within 7 days before the month ends.

For example:

• If you purchase The Monthly Box on January 5, you can cancel until January 24.

Please note:

• The Monthly Box is a one-time purchase, so there will be no recurring charges.

You can cancel your Quarterly Subscription Box within 7 days before the month ends.

For example:

• You purchase The Quarterly Box on December 1. Your three boxes will arrive in the first week of January, February, and March.
• You received the January box but decided to cancel the February box. In this case, you can cancel within 7 days before the month ends — please see the calendar illustration below for reference.

Please note:

• If you miss the cancellation date, you will still receive the February box. However, you can still cancel the third box before the next cancellation deadline.

This Subscription has a minimum purchase requirement of 3 months.

If you wish to cancel, it will only be possible starting from the 4th box, meaning you can initiate cancellation in the 3rd month. To successfully cancel, you must submit your request 7 days before the next month begins—please see the calendar illustration below for reference.
