Shipping & Delivery

LASO ships across the UAE with free shipping to all seven emirates:

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

 

Subscription Box Shipping

  • The Monthly Box
  • The Quarterly Box
  • The Non-Stop

Each subscription box is shipped at the end of the month, reaching your door within the first week of the following month.

Example:

If you places an order on December 10, your subscription box will arrive during the first week of January.

 

Non-Subscription Box Shipping

  • The Lingerie Collection
  • The Custom Gift Box
  • The Surprise Gift Box

Standard Delivery arrives within 2-3 business days after purchase confirmation.

For same-day delivery within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, please add a request in the message box before checkout.

If there are any issues with your delivery or if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact The Bows Team for assistance.

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, LASO cannot be held responsible for any lost items that may occur during transit. Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy. Once proof of delivery is provided, the package is considered successfully delivered.
